A morning Yoga class of dynamic movement into slow still poses aiming to leave you feeling balanced, clear, and centred for the day ahead. Louise brings in philosophy, Chinese medicine, meditation and breath work into her classes, nourishing body, mind and spirit.This class is suitable for all levels.

A strengthening yoga class centred around building a stable body and a calm mind. Staying connected to our breath and our intuition as we flow, these classes are designed to challenge the body to move in new ways and cultivate mobility, stamina, coordination and strength. The class always ends with a lovely long relaxation to allow you to fully unwind, reconnect and let all the juices sink in.

Hatha Flow

Heart Centred Hatha Flow Yoga classes are deeply meditative, nurturing and flowing practices designed to

open the body, mind and heart, release physical and emotional tension, build core strength and resilience,

TUESDAYS

7-7.30am &10-10.30am MuscleFlo

A weight based class using music to inspire and challenge  you. The exercises will help you to develop strength and stamina in a class setting with like minded people. Weights range from 2.5kg (5lb)  to 20kg, so there are options for any level of fitness.

Classes are every Tuesday.

7am for those who need to get to work.

10am for those parents who may need to get the children to school.

Incorporating flowing Ballet moves and positions, to create a ballet inspired fitness class. Pilates and floor based stretches complete the ‘fusion’ of the class. No previous ballet experience needed. £7 pay as you go.

Pre & Post natal Fitness Classes for Mutha’s and Babies
12pm- 1pm 
– Designed to get the heart rate going and make you sweat, using bodyweight and occasionally some equipment. Focused on building your strength back after pregnancy, and rebuilding your core and pelvic floor muscles.
– All levels of fitness welcome, and adaptations provided for every movement dependent on fitness level.
– All bubba’s welcome – they can definitely be used as extra weights!

Mother and Baby Yoga

Class Description

This postnatal mum and baby yoga class, starting this October in Worthing, is a great way to gently rebuild strength at your own pace whilst learning relaxation techniques, bonding with your baby and meeting other mums.

This class will be taught by me, Emily, and my own baby (due this August)! After a strange pregnancy and/or maternity leave for us all during the first half of this year, I’m particularly excited to be able to bring you this new class from October, and start building a community for mums in the area.
