Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. Targets connective tissues including fascia, bones, and joints.

WATER, COMFORTABLE CLOTHES AND YOU CAN EITHER BRING YOUR OWN MAT OR WE PROVIDE MATS IN OUR STUDIO, WHICH ARE SANITIZED BETWEEN CLASSES.

WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES, IDEALLY LAYERS SO THAT YOU CAN STAY WARM AT THE END OF THE CLASS.

JUST MAKE SURE YOU CAN MOVE EASILY.

Though exercise is best done on an empty stomach, you should try to eat something light an hour or two before doing a yoga class.

This will keep your energy levels up and your blood sugar levels on an even keel.

WE HAVE A CHANGING ROOM WITH CUBICLES AND STORAGE FOR YOUR BELONGINGS WHICH WILL BE LOCKED BEFORE CLASS BEGINS.

WE ASK EVERYONE TO ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS TO SIGN IN AT RECEPTION AND GET SETTLE ON YOUR MAT BEFORE CLASS, DOORS ILL BE CLOSED 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS.
